  • Fetal echocardiography - basics protocol for basic cardiac evaluation in axial views (basic grey-scale examination of 4 chamber view and out-flow tract, impact of doppler imaging including tips for its setting), long axis and short axis of the heart.
  • Fetal cardiac defects in the 2nd and 3rd trimester - 60 (abnormalities detectable of 4 chamber view: AVSD, VSD, double inlet one ventricle, Ebstein anomaly, Coarctation, Hypoplastic left heart syndrome, Pulmonary atresia, abnormalities of the outflow tract: Tetralogy of fallot, perimembranous VSD, Aortic stenosis, pulmonary stenosis, transposition of great arteries, right aortic arch, double aortic arch, persistent left SVC, ARSA).
  • The role of fetal echocardiography in the screening for chromosomal abnormalities - 30 minutes (association of cardiac defects with chromosomal abnormalities, most common types of cardiac abnormalities connected with trisomy 21,18,13).
  • Fetal echocardiography in the 1st trimester - 30 (Examination of the fetal heart in the first trimester & cardiac defects detectable in the first trimester including their prognosis)
