I. WRITTEN / THEORY
The written exam consists of 100 multiple choice
The exam must be completed in two hours.
Partial credit for correct answers is provided.
Successful candidates must achieve at least 70%
correct answers in order to advance to the Oral
The written exam covers the following topics presented during the AAAM Level 1 Certificate, and Level
2 Diploma Courses:
Advanced Botox and Fillers
Botox and Fillers
Lasers, IPLs and Physical Peelings
Phlebology and Pain Management
Skin Conditioning and Chemical Peels
Written/Theory exam starts at 9:00 am sharp, candidates are informed to arrive for registration not later
than 8:00 am. Candidates must be seated by 8:30 am in their allotted seat in examination hall and the
doors will then be closed. The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
The theory results will be announced at 3:00 pm on the same day and the successful candidates shall
be invited to attend oral and practical exam on next day with the examiners at 9:00 a.m.

II. ORAL EXAM
There will be minimum 2 examination stations where the examiner will test the knowledge and
skill of the candidates using patient slides and or cases in Aesthetic Medicine.
Where patient slides/Cases are provided candidates will have 15 minutes preparatory time to
evaluate the patient conditions and shall present their assessment separately to two senior
The successful candidates will be awarded the Board Certification in a gowning ceremony (provided by
GENERAL EXAM RULES:
We request you to note that during the exams; no-purses, hand bags, reading material or mobiles
phones are allowed inside the Exam hall/rooms. The organizers will provide you with everything
necessary for the Exams including Papers, Pen & Pencils. During the MCQ (Miscellaneous Choice
Questions) you will place a cross X against the correct answer(s); this will be deemed your final answer(s).
