Refund Policy for American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine Courses

Note: Refunds or credits for course cancellation are not provided if the cancellation occurs within 3 weeks prior to start of the course.

  • Cancellation Prior to 3 Weeks Before Course Start Date: If you cancel your registration before the 3-week deadline, a USD 250 administration charge will be deducted from your paid course registration fees.
  • Transferring Credit: If you wish to transfer your credit to another AAAM event before the 3-week deadline, no fee will be deducted. However, if you request the transfer within 3 weeks of the course dates, an administration charge of USD 250 will be deducted, and you must use the credit within one year.
  • Full Forfeiture: After the cancellation deadline (within 3 weeks of the course start date), full registration fees are forfeited, and no refund or credit will be provided.
  • No-Shows: No-shows are treated as cancellations, and any refund or credit is forfeited.
  • Refund Request Process: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to either info@ibcme.com or lonita@ibcme.com before the stipulated date.
