Refund Policy for IBC Medical Courses (Excluding Aesthetic Medicine Courses)

The refund policy applies exclusively to fully paid fees. Deposits and partially paid fees are non-refundable

  • No refund is available if cancelled within 6 days of the course start date.
  • 30% refund if cancelled 7 days before the course date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 30 days before the course date.
  • In any event, a 20% administration fee will be charged for refunds before 30 days.
  • If you wish to transfer your credit to another IBC event within 30 days of the course date, a 20% administration fee will be deducted, and the credit must be utilized within one year.
  • If IBC postpones or cancels, a full refund of the amount received in our account will be issued.

Note: In natural disasters or unforeseen events, such as heavy rains, earthquakes, etc., IBC reserves the right to reschedule courses without issuing a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
